Otto Naujokas, CPCU, a licensed insurance agent and owner, joined Cliffs in 1990, bringing 12 years of insurance company experience to the firm.

Karen Fordyce, a licensed insurance agent, has provided outstanding customer service since 1995.

Bonnie Kascht joined the agency in 2007 to provide customer service support.

Our company was established in 1946 by Clifford Heitke. Since then, it has grown to become one of the largest insurance firms in central Minnesota, serving over 1,000 clients. Professional service with small town personal care is our trademark.
